Abstract
The current study explains the relationship between Positive psychological capital and Entrepreneurial hustle and further explains the moderation role of Information network centrality on the relationship between Positive psychological capital and Entrepreneurial hustle through mindset theory. A Survey technique was used for the collection of required data. Questionnaires were collected from 185 entrepreneurs surveying in Quetta and proposed relationships were analyzed through SMART-PLS structural equation modeling software because it is the second generation technique of multivariate data analysis. This study found a significant positive relationship between Positive psychological capital (Hope, self-efficacy, resilience, optimism) and Entrepreneurial hustle. The results also revealed that Information network centrality as a moderator strengthens the relationship between Positive psychological capital and Entrepreneurial hustle. The role of independent and dependent variables was assigned to the construct through mindset theory. Positive psychological capital, Entrepreneurial hustle, and Information network centrality, all three multidisciplinary constructs are relatively new and no previous research discusses the relationship between these threeconstructs. This is the first study that discusses the relationship between these constructs. This study addresses a gap by creating an understanding of entrepreneurial actions in the context of uncertainty.
